Burnt Orange for Fall Energy

The color of a Sugar Maple, leaves changing in the sunlight of the evening over the Schuylkill River. That color is burnt orange and it inspires in me a simple dress that can be worn to a club on a warm Fall evening. I envision a dress that will keep you warm in the evening, and cool in the warm afternoon sun. You can wear it shopping with your Mom, or going out with your girlfriends. Even on a casual date, because it says I am casual, and flirty, and just a little more energetic than I should be. But I feel that energy at the end of a Fall day, and I want t go out to the clubs and be flirty. Rainy Walk in the Park, or Sit by the Water

Rainy Fall Weather brings out the changing color in the leaves. It makes the sky shine like a rainbow. I notice this walking along a tree lined street, and it inspires a color fest in my mind. I see colorful rainboots splashing in the puddles and mud. It inspires me to walk to the playground and observe the green grass and large puddles and the Geese who walk across both like they have earned a rainy day walk. I love colored boots to walk in the rain, and the boots I like most now are the Sporto Rain Boots, in Black and White. They are simple but stylish, and they add a flair to walking in the park. I also love to sit out by the water, and sometimes it’s the best time to just wear my beach wear, a simple bikini and cover with a piece of jewelry I just love. Fashion in Baltimore Little Italy

I enjoyed time by the Inner Harbor, and just 3 blocks away enjoyed the walk through Little Italy. On a cool Fall day, I enjoyed sitting outside the cafes, meeting a friend for lunch, and walking through the neighborhood to visit the local Church, Bocci court, and murals along the walls. In a short colorful dress, I felt completely at ease and at home. I picked some darker colors to blend in with the brick and stone facades, but they day was bright as any summer day. I enjoyed a drink at a local restaurant, and the view from the 7-Foot Lighthouse on the Inner Harbor. The sites were magnificent. Flannel in the Little City

Flannel is a soft and simple frabric that makes its home mostly in the Fall. It goes well with the leaves, colorfall Football games and Marching Band competitions. It makes sitting out under the stars and moon on a beautiful Fall evening a warm event. Color of the Day-Brick

For today, my fav color is brick. I actually was inspired by a brick wall on a business in Phoenixville that had been newly restored. The colors were bright, both the red brick and the white from the morter between the bricks. There are also brown bricks which have a great Fall tone. The colors of these walls are perfect for the Fall, as they are very earthy colors. Summer flowers are fashionable in the Fall, both in the garden or window planters and on shirts and skirts! I love flowery dresses to brighten up the Fall wardrobe. Yellow is my favorite, either for flowers on a white or blue dress, or a background to some pink or blue flowers.
